Hey ReSisters, FemBros, & MissUnderstood!

It’s been months since I posted anything on my webpage. I know a lot of you, including yours truly, have had our lives deeply affected by COVID-19. My heart goes out to anyone who either have the virus, recovering from it, or who have lost someone in their lives from it. We need to keep hope alive during this surreal ordeal and find ways to make use of our time. As we’re all trying to navigate on how to function during this pandemic, we found that technology has helped a great deal for most of us. Which is why I’m thrilled to announce that I will be appearing on Theatre Breaking Through Barriers’ first ever Virtual Playmakers Intensive (May 25th-31st). It consists of original works from an array of talented playwrights and performers with various disabilities, and we will stream these works live via YouTube and Facebook. I will appear in a piece called Presence on May 30th. If you need some entertainment in your lives, look no further than the links below. More details on my EVENTS page.

Until then, stay safe!

Hey ReSisters, FemBros, & MissUnderstood!

I managed to do a last-minute benefit gala for autism in New Jersey this past Friday. Got to perform along with some amazing Broadway talents like Erik Leiberman, Jay Armstrong Johnson, Ciarán Sheehan, and duetted with the phenomenal Kristy Cates. Truly an honor!

SEPTEMBER 11TH, 2019

It saddens me to come to the realization that Rob Barron, a wonderful director and choreographer for most of Misi Murillo's musicals, has recently passed away. He was a lovely and talented man who I had the pleasure of working with. He was among the first of many people who saw my potential and cast me in my first theatrical gig in Colombia.
Your contribution to Colombian musical theatre will go unnoticed.

Thank you for everything, Rob.
Rest in peace.

Hey ReSisters, Fembros, and MissUnderstood!

The reviews are in for EPIC’s ‘Little Shop of Horrors’, and they are riveting! But this quote happens to be my favorite:

The chorus of street urchins has been expanded to five expressive and funny singer/dancers

That means a lot as one of the Skid Row Girls/Urchins!

Hey ReSisters, FemBros, and MissUnderstood:

Just wishing everyone happy holidays and for all of us to make 2018 our bitch!

NOVEMBER 23RD, 2017

Hello fellow ReSisters/FemBros/Artivists, and MissUndertood,

I'm not one to celebrate a certain 'holiday' where its origins involves the oppression of Native Americans; however, I'm thankful to have been blessed with such amazing opportunities this year. I'm also thankful for the love and support of family, friends, fans, and other important people for helping me reach for the stars and further. Thank you to those who have seen Frankenstein The Musical and You're A Good Man Charlie Brown. Juggling two shows at the same time is no walk in the park, but I'm glad I took the challenge! If I had to do it again, I would. And now, onward to my next challenge...writing my first musical!

Happy holidays...and go easy on the turkey! My family's experiencing diarrhea from eating too much. Now if you excuse me, I need to use the toilet for the 6th time and...I...CAN'T...HOLD IT...MUCH...too late!

AUGUST 27TH, 2017

Hello fellow ReSisters/FemBros/Artivists, and MissUndertood,

"IT'S ALIVE!"

I'll be appearing in the fall premiere of Frankenstein The Musical from Sept. 29th - Nov. 12th. For more details, please visit http://www.monsteroffbroadway.com/

Hey everyone!

I'm sure everybody have already found out by now that I was filming for the 3rd season of 'Gotham'. Yes, it was tedious but exciting at the same time because I've been watching the show ever since its premiere! I'm obviously a comic book geek, so it really was a thrill to be filming alongside with some of the show's leads!

On December 15, I'll be singing for EPIC Gives. Hopefully you all sent out your RSVPs by now.
